The 2025 Community Quilt project
For the 3rd year in a row I am setting out to make a Community Quilt and I need your help!
Fabric submissions are closed for the year... but now we're in the fundraising season!
Anyone, Anywhere in the world is welcome to donate and enter their name for a chance to keep this year's quilt!
- All donations are to be made directly to The Trevor Project (thetrevorproject.org)
- After your transaction is complete, forwarded a copy of the donation receipt to chris@rosecityoriginals.com so I can log it.
- For every $10 (USD) contact I will enter your name on my spreadsheet and reply back to you with your virtual "ticket" number(s).
- I will be love on social media on 1/1/26 to draw name(s) of the quilt winner(s) and will reach out to the winners via the email they submitted their receipt with.
- It's likely that the quilt(s) won't ship to the recipients until Late Summer/Fall 2026 so that I can enter them into quilt shows, and get them professionally photographed, so more folks can enjoy them before they go to live at their forever homes. I will coordinate directly with the winner(s) when it comes time to ship.
BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!
I will not be asking for any kind of credit card or transaction fees. I will only be communicating with the winner(s) via the original email they sent their receipt on.
This is open to anyone and I will ship worldwide, it will be shipped as a gift, but the recipient will be responsible for any taxes/dues incurred upon arrival to them. This giveaway is not sponsored or endorsed by The Trevor Project or any of its affiliates.
This year I am also offering a pattern booklet so you can sew along with me! The pattern includes AccuQuilt instructions as well as traditional rotary cutting directions .

***Disclaimer*** I am not affiliated with The Trevor Project and they are not endorsing this project. Because I am not a 501C3 Non-Profit organization I cannot legally hold a raffle, so all monies with be donated directly to the organization and I will be gifting the finished to one donor.
