There will be 3 downloadable files, the Instruction Booklet and then the pattern pieces formatted for Letter (8.5"x11") & A4 (210 x 297mm) sized printing.
With this pattern you can make your very own Trucker hat! You can use an existing quilt that maybe has seen better days, or create a special 10" block for the front panel.
The instructions include diagrams and suggestions to help guide you through making your hat from scratch.

It is recommended to print from a laptop or desktop computer, printing from a mobile device may result in improperly sized pattern pieces.

To print this pattern you will need a PDF viewer. There are many viewers available, but if you do not already have one installed, you can download Adobe Reader for free here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Be sure to print the pattern document at full size (100%) no scaling — make sure that “Fit to Page” is not selected.

Each page includes a 1” test square, after printing measure this square before proceeding to ensure the pieces printed at the proper size.
Fabric Requirements:
Front Panel: 10”x10” Quilted Panel (preferably quilted with a foam stabilizer)
Outer Shell: ¼ yard or 1 Fat Quarter
Lining: ¼ yard or 1 Fat Quarter
¼ yard Fusible Lightweight interfacing
¼ yard Fusible Ultra-Firm Stabilizer
Snap closures (4 sets) (can also substitute 5/8" hook & loop tape)
Coordinating 40wt thread
